Delete your Living Painting library
This removes your Living Painting account and everything in it: every living painting in your online library, every request and draft, and your sign-in. There is no undo. Pictures already downloaded to a tablet stay on that tablet until you delete the app.
You can also do this inside the Living Frame app: Living Painting → Delete my library. Purchases made through an app store are managed by that store.
If that address has a Living Painting library, a 6-digit code has been emailed to it. It is good for 15 minutes.
Done. Your library and everything in it have been deleted. A confirmation email is on its way. Thank you for trying Living Painting.
What is deleted: your account (email), your living paintings, your uploaded photos and requests, any drafts, and any examples the studio kept from your accepted paintings. What is not: records the law requires us to keep (purchase receipts), and copies on your own devices.
